The CAMTEC ESB001.24.230VAC is a high-performance, cost-effective AC inrush current limiter engineered specifically for heavy capacitive loads. Operating within a 220–240Vac range, this device provides a continuous load current of 16A while strictly capping peak startup spikes to a fixed 24A.
Featuring an industry-leading ultra-slim 1 TE footprint (17.9mm width), it seamlessly integrates onto TS35 DIN rails. The unit effectively prevents contact welding on mechanical relays and safeguards multiplexed MUX channels without requiring an external auxiliary power supply. It utilizes integrated, self-monitoring bypass circuitry to drop internal power consumption to a negligible 1.1W after initialization. Designed for harsh environments, it operates reliably from -40°C to +55°C and complies with strict EN62368-1 and EN61010-1 electrical safety standards. Note: This product is designed exclusively for capacitive loads and must not be used with inductive loads, AC motors, or DC circuits.
